At First Time Home Buyer you will find great resources, articles, links and more about to help you with your journey as a first time home buyer.
One of the biggest challenges for many first-time home buyers is the down payment. I know it was for me. It was rather daunting when thinking about saving $10-20,000. This can be much larger when you consider some of the higher priced markets in California, New York, Chicago, etc. Times have changed though. There are a growing assortment of creative options for financiing your first home. In fact, it's quite possible to find mortgages for as much as 95-100% of a home's value. A larger down payment would be better, but that shouldn't keep you from getting into the home of your dreams.
We hope you find this site helpful in educating yourself and preparing to buy that dream home!
